Prepare your space Make sure there’s enough space to accommodate the massage table, leaving enough room for the therapist to move around it – the table is about the size of a twin mattress. Prepare two sheets and a pillowcase per person.

It also helps relax your muscles so they are ready for the massage. After a massage, you may want to relax by soaking in a hot bathtub. This helps ease muscle soreness and promotes healing. However, if you don't have access to a tub try taking a warm shower instead.

Yes, If you have a preferred therapist or have been referred to a specific therapist you can request them at the time of booking. Sometimes your scheduling priorities may require adjustments, but you’ll always know who is seeing you for your appointment in advance.
